Problems that we coped with thanks to the experience of our employees
Throughout the refurbishment, GDI conducted an open dialogue and collaborative management process. This method gave full transparency to the client and the funders to ensure the project and funding draw downs occurred in a timely and efficient manner. In order to stretch the budget and maximise value, GDI ensure “best value” was achieved in all elements of the project as well a high quality finished product for the end users.
