The works involve the replacement of over 1.4km of problematic water mains with new modern pipes. The programme to replace the water mains in Slieverue, Co. Kilkenny. These works are being carried out as part of Uisce Éireann’s National Leakage Reduction Programme on behalf of Shareridge.

  • 1km of 225 HDPE watermains
  • 0.4km of 150mm HDPE watermain
  • Tie in to 600 dia watermain
  • Traffic management
  • Temporary road reinstatement
